Blame games for POWER

I have this habit of reading newspaper early in the morning. When I don’t have time I still try to at least read headlines or some sub headlines. The other day as usual I picked up the newspaper and the headline I read made me laugh and worried the same time. The newspaper said  “The politics of Maulvi Nawaz Sharif led to the killing of Benazir Bhutto.” by Asif Zardari and in response of Zardari’s statement Nawaz said “violators of the constitution ” and also added “There is embezzlement of billions in tax revenues. The nation can rid itself of begging bowel if this money is properly used,”(22nd June 2011) for Zardari. Both of them are known political figures of Pakistan and now a days both are trying to win their seats in Azad Kashmir this is why they have adopted this strategy of blaming each other so that they can damage each other’s image in front of their VOTERS. This is not the first time it is happening in last elections of 2008 the same thing was also observed.
With this act of blaming each other it is clear that not only these two politician other’s as well are totally not interested in solving the problems of Pakistanis, they only want power and fill up their foreign bank accounts and live a luxurious life. No one is trying to help poor and if someone does that’s only for popularity.
You name the problem and Pakistan is facing it from poverty to terrorist attacks. The greatest dilemma which we are facing is that, no one is not even trying to resolve these issues. Recently on 2nd May there was this incident which took place in Abbotabad, killing of Osama-bin-Laden in the U.S operation near Kakool Military academy. This incident dint even opened our politicians eyes when Americans came in our country attacked and killed Osama without any consent of our government. This was really a shameful incident not only for politicians but also us because at the end the whole country’s image gets damaged. Internationally when you take name of Pakistan people connect you as terrorist or corrupt people. It has become an embarrassing thing for people to say we are Pakistanis especially internationally. A normal person (Pakistani) is treated like a criminal especially in airports when he is going through security check.
If we look into Pakistan we see people of Pakistan are really talented, hospitable, kind and really they are capable of doing something if they are guided properly. A month ago I saw this accident and it really added hope that we as a nation can do something really constructive, we just lack leadership. The incident was that I was coming home with my family after having dinner. We all were talking amongst each other and suddenly my sister said “oh my God, look there”….we all saw in that direction and we could only see dust, it was a car accident, the car came really fast and it hit the pole and it turned upside down. As a responsible citizen and a human being we stopped. My dad, uncle and brother went to help. I called Rescue 1122 team. In an instant every car stopped and people came out for help, people from nearby petrol station also came for help. Everyone came to their help despite the fact that it was 2:00am in the morning. All of them took three boys out of the car but one who was driving could not come out so all these volunteers turned the car and took him out as well. On the other hand within two minutes ambulance was also there. After coming back to our home my mamo (maternal uncle) who came to Pakistan for a short trip from England he said that he was really impressed as there ambulance comes within 10minutes and people rarely come to help. The reason I shared this incident was to let you know as well that people of Pakistan are good but unfortunately we have corrupt leaders which don’t let our nation on its own feet. They want money and power for which they can do anything.
So to save Pakistan from these SAINT PEOPLE who blame each other and always try to take credit for any development which takes place. We need to do something. We not only have to think and just talk amongst friends about these issues we really need to do something practically because now its time to wake up and serve our nation. Our country needs us and no one from outside will come and clean our home we ourselves need to get up and clean our own home PAKISTAN…..ALLAH BLESS PAKISTAN… Ameen

  2. This blame game between our political parties has continued since the Independence of Pakistan and will continue until or unless we have good, able, and educated people in our politics.
